Shipping

We ship worldwide from Washington State. Shipments are sent out 2-3 times a week. Our accessories are made to order and can take between 2-5 business days to be crafted before being shipped out. Products are sent via USPS, and can take anywhere between 3-8 days to arrive after shipment. International shipments can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. 

If your country is part of the European Union please place your order through our Etsy shop. Etsy takes care of VAT taxes for us so all orders must go through there.

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

N2Operation is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).

Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Der Grüne Punkt.
